How do I submit a support request?


You're experiencing a problem with the recommendations deployed with EdgeSEO.

Make sure the problem is related to EdgeSEO?

  1. Download the Fasterize plugin here.
  2. Disable EdgeSEO recommendations with the Fasterize plugin by clicking on the "see unoptimized pages" button.
  3. Check if the problem persists.
  4. If you're still experiencing the problem, it's probably not related to EdgeSEO
  5. If you no longer see any problems, it's EdgeSEO-related.

Contact support

  1. Log in to your account on the Fasterize console
  2. Click on the technical support widget in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Fill in the support form :
    • Subject: Briefly state the nature of the problem. Be specific 😉
    • Type of problem: Select the type of problem from the drop-down list to help our team better understand the context.
    • Description: Clearly detail what's not working, include the URL concerned, a reproduction scenario, and if possible the Request ID that you can retrieve from the "Request ID" field when you open the Fasterize plugin.
    • Add screenshots: Attach screenshots of the observed problem to clearly illustrate the anomalies encountered.
  4. Submit the form.
  5. Our technical support team will receive your request directly and process your ticket.
